我們的故事
小時候的記憶，是媽媽手把手教我打蛋和在廚房里揮灑靈感的喜悅，我們一起守護著蛋糕，看著它在烤爐中冉冉升起。長大後的啟發，是媽媽翻折每一顆糖花時的專注和小心翼翼。從小到大，蛋糕伴隨著我所有的人生記憶，在每一次的歡慶和相聚里，它的樣子始終在變，但我明白，唯一不變的是它承載的溫情。

Our Belief
We understand that cake-making is an expression and sharing of love to one's family and friends. For this reason, we are missioned to share extensive knowledge of baking and cake decorating to encourage more creations of love.

歐雪儀
Sofia Augusta Cabral Ferreira
歐雪儀自幼喜愛設計和搭配，對美學有獨到見解，旅歐兩年學習烹飪與甜品的經歷讓她在教學的路上更添自信和熱情。
Sofia loves design and mix & match since childhood which leads to her unique aesthetic sense. Her two years of culinary and pastry learning in Europe have also made her more confident and enthusiastic in teaching.
歐嘉明
Carmen Anok Cabral Lee
英國PME蛋糕課程在澳門區域的首位認證教師。歐嘉明生於澳門土生葡人家庭，本著對蛋糕和烹飪的無限熱愛，數十年來她上下求索，亦赴各地研習，在蛋糕裝飾方面有著豐富的實戰經驗。
Pioneering in professional cake-craft in Macau, Carmen is the first UK PME Knightsbridge cake decorating school approved teacher for the region. She was born in a native Macanese family and with a passion for baking and cooking. With decades of practical experiences, she is very ready to share her own discoveries.
李慧玲
Wai Leng Lei
身為卓偲工房的店長兼教師，李慧玲始終致力於為客人提供優質的服務，她的招牌戚風蛋糕也贏得了廣大街坊的持續好評。
Our everyday in-store cake surprises come from Leng, our store manager and part-time teacher. Need assistance? She is always happy to help.
